There is something about the cozy feel of a chunky sweater and the feminine touch of ruffles that has me swooning as of lately. I love sweaters, but if you’re not careful they can look frumpy. These ruffled sweaters are anything but frumpy and I certainly wouldn’t mind if they found their way into my closet!
