Sweater Weather

FINALLY it’s sweater weather here in southern California.  I swear, people here get so excited to dress in layers for fall and pretend it’s actually 40 degrees instead of 60 degrees.  I was excited to bust out this sweater from Chicwish – it’s got a retro-rugby sort of vibe to it and I love that the sleeves are three-quarter length as opposed to a typical long sleeved sweater.

I am not one of those people who says no white after labor day… I think it’s a silly rule.  I love white and I’ll wear it all year long.  These jeans are an absolute favorite because they feel like leggings.  They are no longer available in white but I am loving the denim version.

This weekend was a fun one for Jesse and I, as we headed up to visit his family in NorCal for Halloween, and to celebrate his cousin’s wedding.  It was a quick trip, and we wished we could have stayed longer, but it’s nice to get home to our pups (who are SO happy to have us home).
