Entryway Reveal

glam entryway

Well, it’s time to celebrate.  I can finally say that one part of our new home is “complete” – the entryway.  I originally got the Straus Wall Mirror from Kenroy Home to put above a desk for a vanity in the bedroom, but once it came in the mail and I pulled it out of the box, I knew it deserved to be somewhere that will be seen by everyone who enters the home.

The quality is amazing and it’s very detailed.  You can’t find great mirrors like this just anywhere.  Trust me – I’ve scoured Craigslist for the past year in search of a good mirror and have had no luck.

I did however, have good luck on Craigslist with the console table.  Console tables can get pretty pricey if you buy them new, and to be honest, none of the new tables I saw really struck my fancy.  I found this one on Craigslist for $30.  I love mixed metals, and it was a nice way to break up the plethora of brass we have going on.

The brass lotus bowl was a vintage etsy find, and it holds our keys.  The faux fur stool was a DIY ikea hack that I highly recommend doing if you are in need of extra seating.  It’s so easy, cute, and functional.  Of course every entry needs some fresh flowers in an oh-so cute vase.  (P.S. JC Penney, if you want to bring this vase back, I won’t be mad about it).

A big thanks to Kenroy Home for sponsoring this post.  All opinions stated are 100% my own.
