Mod Shift Dress: Forever 21  |  Turtleneck: Urban Outiftters (similar)  |  Tights: Target  |  Shoes: Forever21 (love these)  |  Bag: Baghaus c/o  |  Necklace: Adorn by Sarah Lewis c/o

I had this dress on my F21 “wish list” for the longest time (a tool I highly recommend using! It helps prevent you from making regrettable impulse buys).  I finally got the chance to feel it and try it on in store a couple of weeks ago.  It doesn’t feel cheap, which is so important when it comes to F21 clothes.  Once I tried it on, it was a done deal.  I love 60’s mod styles and this was so reminiscent of the Twiggy days to me.
Paired with a turtleneck and tights, it’s instantly winter appropriate, but I can already tell you I’ll be wearing this in the summer with a gold belt and bright colored flats for brunch.

Thanks for the welcome in the comment on my blog 🙂

I love the combination of the turtleneck + dress + tights. Something unexpected and it looks so cohesive. I love your hair color too!
