DIY Fur Stool

I want to start off by thanking the amazing Albertina from Mimosa Lane for this DIY inspiration.  She first introduced me to Nadia from Preciously Me's mongolian fur lamb stool, and went on to create her own version.  When I saw Albertina's stool and the amazing gold-leafed tips she added, I knew had to do my own.

Both Albertina and Nadia used mongolian fur, which is beautiful, but I decided to keep some pennies by using the $9.99 faux fur rug from ikea instead.  (Even if you do go with mongolian fur, it is much more budget friendly than purchasing a ready-made stool).

I had all supplies on hand but bought the stool for $5.99 from Ikea (find it here), and the faux fur rug for $9.99 (here), so approximate total damage was about $16.

Zoey likes it too.

xoxo,

H
