Weekend Recap

Happy Monday my friends!  Wow, what a weekend!  I recently passed an important test for work, so it feels oh-so strange to have a weekend full of friends, family and fun instead of books, highlighters, and notecards!
Let’s start with Vegas, with a huge group of my high school friends. (We have the most amazing group of friends, still as close today as we were when we were 16.)
While it was a short one-night trip I am so glad I was able to go and see everyone.  We stayed at the Encore hotel and I am just in LOVE with the decor there.  Most specifically the black crocodile wallpaper with brass and white branch sconces in the hallways.
Um… how fabulous would this combo be in a bathroom?

This is a back-of-the-cab shot (a staple) with two of my very best friends Charly and Mona on our way to Marquee club.

I also attended my very first wedding!  J’s uncle got married this weekend and it was the most amazing night.  I got to see family members that I’ve met before, and meet the few that I had yet to meet.  Let me tell you, they have one amazing family and I felt so honored to be able to attend such an intimate ceremony.

Dress: Zara
And lastly, I had a girl-date with my sorority little sister and grand little sister.  We went to Color Me Mine and painted mugs.  It was so relaxing and a fun thing to do while catching up.  Here’s our before and after (before the glaze).  We get to pick them up on Friday.  Mine is (clearly) the one with the H on it, and I went with a little Caitlin Wilson textile inspiration ;).

Hope you all had a fun-filled weekend!
xoxo,
H

I KNEW I recognized the print on that H mug! I really want to go to a pottery place…but am a bit worried I'd just make a mess of things! Looks like a great weekend and congrats on passing that test!
